This hotel is truly impressive with its attention to detail and value for money. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the train station and not far from the center of town. The proximity to the river adds to the overall charm of the hotel. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were well-maintained with AC working properly, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the comfy luxurious boxspring bed.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.

I had a truly unique and happy experience at this historic hotel in a quiet area where you can walk to town or the river. The attention to detail was impressive, from the old historical furniture and beautiful flowers in the atrium to the warm and spacious room with its comfy luxurious bed. The staff were super nice, friendly, and professional, answering all our questions with patience. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a great selection of European-style dishes and the best coffee I've had in years.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

The breakfast had a good selection and tasted fine.
Carpets are hard to keep clean because people walk around in shoes. Otherwise it was very clean, especially the bathroom was very clean. The bathroom was well equipped. And beautiful. I also liked the athrium very much.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money it offered. The prices were much more affordable compared to other options in the area, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The location of the hotel was also a major plus point, as it was close to both the city center and the beautiful Limmat river. I enjoyed taking walks along the river and exploring the nearby attractions. Additionally, the rooms had basic amenities and the AC worked perfectly, keeping me cool during the warm summer nights.
All was more than satisfactory.

The staff was very attentive. The breakfast perfect with high quality products - fruit salad, jam, cheese and cold cuts and rolls
Unfortunately the hotel has a construction site in front of the door, so the journey was a bit complicated.

The hotel has a very nice ambience. The comfort of the rooms is on a very high level. On the evening of our arrival we were welcomed very friendly and we still felt comfortable.
The selection at the morning buffet was ok. The waitress is a disaster. A coffee was not warm and we drew the service lady's attention to it. Her snarky reaction and her answer were not worthy of the hotel. We were really ignored by her afterwards. Such behaviour is totally unacceptable.

The new construction near the hotel have a huge sound. The room was very small for two persons. The bed was not comfortable.
